Site visit
We look at the space, the access and what is already there before quoting. For a shop that includes your trading hours; for a home, which rooms you still need.

Written scope and quote
What is included and what is not goes on paper, so nothing is left to assumption once work starts.

Programme
The order of work is set around your trading hours or the rooms you are living in, and around the other trades on site.

Build and handover
Work runs to the programme, the space is left clean at the end of each stage, and a walk-through at the end lists anything to revisit.

Do you take on both commercial and residential work?
Yes. Shopfitting and fit-outs for shops, hospitality venues and offices, renovations for homes, Muros feature walls for either, and maintenance for both. The same team does the maintenance and the fit-out work.
Can you work while my shop stays open?
Yes. Staged and after-hours work is normal for retail and hospitality. The programme is set at quote stage so you know which areas are affected and when.
Can we stay in the house during a renovation?
Often yes, depending on the scope. Kitchen and bathroom work removes the use of that room for a period, which is set out in the programme before the work starts.
How does quoting work?
For anything beyond an obvious repair we look at the site first. You then get a written scope, so what is included and what is not is on paper rather than assumed.
What should I send with an enquiry?
The suburb or site address, whether it is commercial or residential, roughly what you want done, your timeframe, and photos of the existing space. A floor plan helps if you have one.
